Under normal circumstances, the parcel status will change to "check out" within 2 working days after our overseas warehouse has received your parcel, except on Saturday, Sunday and local public holidays. If the parcel declaration comes after the arrival of a parcel at our overseas warehouse, it may slow down the progress of parcel checking in or out. For more details, please refer to "Restrictions" of specific warehouse in "Member Centre > Warehouses" page, as there is listed the parcel sent out schedule of each overseas warehouse.
Why has my parcel not yet been sent out after it is "checked in"?
