My parcel status has been "Signed" or "Delivered", why hasn't it been checked in?

If the parcel has not yet been checked in after it is signed-for over 48 hours, please contact us with a proper tracking number and a proof of signature. We will get back to you within 1 to 2 working days after the verification of the information.
