Before your parcel arrives at our warehouse, you can check your parcel location by using its tracking number via the relevant link provided by the shopping sites or the logistic company used by your retailer. Once the parcel reaches our warehouse, we will send you an email notification when there is any update of the shipping status of your parcel.
