Precautions for Receiving Parcel

  • Check the parcel to see whether the packaging is intact or if there is a significant difference in weight

  • Regardless of whether or not obvious damage is occurred to the outer packaging, inspection of the parcel is necessary before signing the courier document

  • After the parcel is found damaged, please prepare the certificate of purchase, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the damaged details and other information and inform us to initialize the compensation claiming process

  • If the parcel is found damaged, you reserve the right to refuse to sign any documents from the courier and take photos of the parcel immediately

General Claims Process

  • Applicable to the claims of damaged parcels and lost parcels

  • Please send the above documents to uk-support@buynship.com with "Member ID + Order Number + Claim” in the email subject

    • Proof of purchase, such as invoices or transaction records (including the the product’s content and value)

    • Delivery notifications from the sellers

    • Photographs of the packaging and contents of the parcel (if any)

    • Contact details of the sellers

    • Buy&Ship reserves the right to request members to provide more information as needed

  • Buy&Ship reserves the right to refuse a claim if any above-mentioned documents are lacking or if we are not able to confirm the necessary details

  • Please keep all the packaging and contents of the parcels until the investigation is completed

  • We will respond within 7 days after all the necessary documents are provided

  • Any claim of compensation will NOT be accepted 3 or more days after the receipt of the parcel

  • Any claim of compensation will NOT be accepted if the parcel has not been claimed for more than 30 days after its arrival at our overseas warehouse

  • Members will be notified by email upon completion of the claim
