When your parcel is sent out from the overseas warehouse, we will estimate the Arrival time at the Hong Kong warehouse, which will be shown in the "My Shipment > En route to HK". The arrival time is just for your reference as parcels may arrive at the Hong Kong warehouse earlier or later than the estimated time. You will receive an email when your parcel has arrived at our HK warehouse.
