If you receive an email regarding the declaration, it means that your parcel has already arrived at our overseas warehouse. In order to proceed with your shipment, you will need to provide more details about your parcels to us. In the email, there is a tracking number of your parcel. Please go to the "Member Centre > My Shipment" to declare your parcel immediately.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days free of charge and it will be discarded without further notice after the 30 days.
